Doris was outstanding but Irvine was different class doing the dirty work that obviously nobody ever see's.

Would have to say Irvine put in a great performance but overall that was a fine team performance. Doris put in a power of work, Barr I thought was excellent and Leitch shows promise. Tapping and Meechan great but Travis didn't seem on song. Raymond Grant and the sub 14 Johnston (?) were excellent for Clyde. Overall a fine and deserved Forfar win.

Must admit I was impressed with Irvine today, one of his better games.
Think having Tapping alongside him helped rather than the hinderance of Docherty.

Doris looked very good and had a good game.
Nice to see Kirkpatrick playing back to his best, give him a bit of freedom & confidence and he’ll come good still just need to persevere with a player like him.

Think we got a bit of luck at the end but we deserve a bit of luck the way the past few weeks have went.

Anyone know what’s up with Stanger?

Irvine had a really good game but Doris and Kirkpatrick were men of the match for me.

Tell you what, it’s refreshing having a debate over who had the better game and there’s plenty to choose from!

Watching the highlights again, maybe Doris is going to bring out the best in Kirkie, also thought Matty did alright when he came on.

I didn’t realise how similar Doris was to Hilson. Seems to have a bit more composure and a deft touch when needed. Exciting times

Jordan Kirkpatrick making the SPFL Team of the Week. Think that's the first time in a long while since Forfar Athletic have had a player in the TOTW. McCallum was probably the last Loon in the team of the week.

Really hope Saturday's victory spurs us on to survival, we need probably at least 9 points out of 15 from the month of February to give our chance of leaving the bottom 2 a boost and we've bagged 3 already, hopefully Peterhead is another happy day.

Did a fat guy steal your burd or something? You seem utterly obsessed with calling people fat on here.

He certainly is consistent (and cretinous).

See we're joint 7th in the Pie and Bovril League 1 Buzz Index along with Peterhead. Suppose that sounds about right. Not amazing on the park but content with off the park ventures at the moment. A popular chairman, a popular manager (although he's not doing amazing at the moment) and coaching staff. Just hope we can survive the drop. At least we're nowhere nearn as bad as Brechin, understandably, the hedge is a very grim place at the moment.

Surprised Montrose are so high, there having a great season but would've thought Arbroath would be storming the buzz Index.

Anyone else find the Buzz Index interesting, or just me?

Aye, I feel real sorry for Brechin, when the Mo was threatened with the drop thru the trap door, a lot of Brechin lads came thru to support us.

Good to see Arbroath doing great, as much as them and the Mo cannae stand each other, myself and some fans I talk with are happy for them. Miss having them in the league, Forfar and Mo attendances have dropped, no Smokies.

If Brechin have to face Kelty i am sure there will be lots of Loons heading through to cheer them on against that shower.

Will hopefully be plenty of the Mo also.

My pal who I usually meet at the Mo has started going to the Glebe (both clubs been at home on the same day in recent months)

Rumours that we're signing McCallum next season. What's he like? I take it his contract is up at the end of the season?

I really hope that doesn't happen. However, I thought McCallum has a contract until 2021.

His contract is until 2022, though I've heard he has a clause that if we're relegated he can be released. He has a good job here and came home so he and his partner are near their families now they have two very young children. Dumfries isn't exactly commutable from up here.
