My understanding of his interview was he wanted clarity if he was budgeting for a season with Falkirk and Partick ( or even still Raith) in the league or with Cove, Stranraer in the league. There would be a huge difference in gate receipts. I don’t think he explicitly said he voted for that because of that ( but no doubt he would have as would most of the other teams) but the fact is we are second bottom and that vote effectively would keep us up while giving that clarity - if he didn’t vote that way he would be failing the club imo.

Sadly looks like he should have shut up and hid, no place for honesty in Scottish football.

Thing is this vote was portrayed as a desperate measure to keep clubs afloat yet Forfar  are planning for the next campaign

By who?

The reason for the 5pm deadline was so clubs could get the money they need to survive if you didn’t need it so urgent why did they not call out the spfl on that claim .maybe they saw an opportunity to get money from two angles  which is up to them but forgive us jags in we miss out on a Bridie  next season

Maybe we didn't get the invite to the Partick / ICT / Dundee whatsapp cartel?

Or maybe every club in the vote went for what they thought was best for their club and banging on about boycotts in an imaginary next season is Sevco-lite behaviour?

When did not buying a bridie become sevco  behaviour. No mention of missing match

I just love this response Forfar the mighty Forfar getting grief for their chairman having the balls to go on the radio and be honest. Will thistle not be then boycotting the 7 clubs that voted the resolution from the championship should they remain there? And they’ll only be going to see East Fife away if they go down? This sort of animosity does nothing for the game. Ross Graham said all he wants is clarity as to who’ll be in the league to budget and with that resolution it’ll be Thistle and Falkirk who would bring good supports. If anything it’s a credit to these clubs that they do that. Posting on here that you’ll not be coming to Forfar does it make you feel better?

Partick Thistle fans lashing out at our Chairman for voting what is best for his club.

The absolute brass neck. Maybe you should look a little closer to home and see the shite show that has been happening  for the passed 3 seasons,  rather than throwing your toys out the pram and blaming us.  Suck it up, it's delicious.

Would be nice if we go for an interim interdict which would stop anyone getting any cash, so hopefully putting you out of business. Suck it up lads its payback time.

I doubt your tinpot wee club could afford a first letter from a lawyer. Lol

“Tin Pot Wee Club” - sheer ignorance! Our club is on a sound financial footing with no debt. Our Chairman, V Chairman and Treasurer are all very successful businessmen who need no financial lessons from you.
