Coupe wasn't a world beater, but he gave you his all. I'd personally prefer the hard working player to the flair player who's a passenger 7 out of 10 times. No, the team that he joined after Bollan pissed off most of our best players and they left after being promoted from League 2. I'd suggest you compare the 2015-16 side withe the 2017-18 side, I suspect there wouldn't be many left. Boo boys had already got their teeth into him before Hilly and Baird, in particular, joined. How many games did Easton actually play with Spencer? Re all being better players...you might be correct but Easton is still way ahead of most players that have come after him, which is really the point that was being made. Edit...I was a tad "tired" when I posted the above, I realise you actually meant the 2018-19 campaign. First sentence still holds true though.
