Lets not only sign guys who clearly were not good enough the last twice but chuck in a 2 and a half year deal, job for the boys springs to mind, hopefully the chairman will explain what this nonsense is all about?

He was good enough, Weir let him go because he wanted a ball player and he's not that. We don't need a ball player right now, we need a no nonsense, experienced centre half and he's perfect

Grant Anderson I always thought was a good player but never really done anything against us, doesn’t look like he’s played much at Kelty, so it’s a strange one.

Absolutely baffled with Andy Munro coming back, he’s not even good enough for league two.
I get that we need a centre half, but surely there is other options out there?

He wasn’t unfortunately.

First game against us he got suckered out of position to give away the opening goal.

A contract until the end of the season would have sufficed

Noticed we’ve released Cole Starrs as well, can’t really say he did much, don’t think he really got a chance?
But clearly not good enough strange signing.

Simply wasn't good enough, like many of the new-loan signings

Andy was a popular guy during his first spell, him coming back isn't the worst thing, although the contract length is surprising. He's the type of player that suits Malcolm's defending. Assume he'll be happy to warm the bench next season once Steven Anderson, Darren Whyte and Michael Travis are fit again.

Will Grant Anderson help us out? We'll wait and see how he does, although it is interesting that a player deemed surplus to requirements in a Lowland league side is an "important" signing for us.

I agree with many others on here and I did say it at the start of the season, we're very much preparing for a league 2 campaign next season.

                        McCallum
Meechan Munro Thomson Mackenzie
Scally         Hill        Mackintosh  Antoniazzi
                       Allan    Doris/Anderson
Surely that’s our strongest lineup.

Won’t be Mackenzie anyway, he’s been recalled by Aberdeen.

Andy Munro is a decent enough player to have in the trenches when times are hard like they are for Forfar at the moment, will win headers and put his body on the line I do get how he has been brought in.But jeezo a 3 year contract and you paid a fee for him....Wow in this climate that's mental.

Taken from Aberdeen’s Twitter page.

Thanks for the confirmation, yeah, hopefully MacKenzie will return.

Roberto Nditi, a complete unknown, hope he turns out to be a hidden gem and not a complete waste of time. Will he play for the club or sit on the bench behind Munro & Thomson?

That's if the league ever resumes!
