I'm not sure how he'll be injury-wise, but he absolutely changed our season last year turning a shite defence into one which looked a lot more assured. Aside from from being sold as a rock in defence, he's an absolute pro and sets a really high standard. Plenty of other examples of players that age doing perfectly well in the lower leagues.
