TheSaltire
Really need to commend Ferguson and his staff on the structure of the back 5 Keeper has looked solid all season. Full backs Cennerazzo and Linton looking to be in their peak with mature commanding performances week in, week out. The wand of a left foot on Linton is a game changer in itself. The new centre back pairing giving Kelty an incredible balance along the back line. Scobie a natural leader and started to show his class once getting up to speed. Mendy growing with every game and looking like the dominant presence they have needed at this level. I really felt after last season the defence was needing a restructure and they seem to have found that at a crucial time. Plenty games to play and time will tell but Kelty look to be in a privileged position at the moment with the buzz around the players at the club, Barry's built a dressing room that will rise to the expectations. It's going to be a hell of a season! Edited November 23, 2019 by Tynierose

It's going to be a hell of a season! Totally agree, the improvement in the defence can be seen in the amount of goals lost this season compared to last, but Ferguson also changed the team's formation so that the defence has more protection and the midfield can be more competitive. What's also good is that all the changes don't make the team less attractive to watch, and I always look forward to watching them play.

His game intelligence and experience have made everyone around him better so far.

Fortunately most of the regular posters on the LL forum are an intelligent well informed and knowledgeable bunch. I do think however your posts need to come with a public health warning. Something along the lines of WARNING - Prolonged exposure will damage brain cells.
