Seeded teams:
Celtic
Aberdeen
Rangers
Hibs
Ayr United
Dunfermline
St Johnstone
Livingston/QOS
non-seeded teams:
Ross County
Kilmarnock
Dundee
Motherwell
St Mirren
and 3 teams out of:  Patrick/Livingston/QOS/Hearts that depends on the result tomorrow

Being seeded hardly gives an easy tie!

You've left out ICT who would win the group if they avoid defeat to Hearts.

I've had a shocker. I'm going to re-post a more accurate one below:

Anyone know why Hearts were deducted just 2pts for their mistake in fielding an unsigned player against Cove, and not the full 3pts that they took from the game?

So that today's game would have some meaning and more people would watch it on TV.

So we could have hibs v hearts in the last 16. How many TV games in the next round. Rangers will be playing Sunday as it will be assumed they will be in the next round of Europa qualifiers

In case you hadn't noticed, Levein carries a big folder full of laminated prints of SFA executives engaging in robust exercise with other people's wives wherever he goes.

Classic! There has to be some reason for the poor decision, and that will be as logical as any we hear from the hierarchy!

And by the way, given your user name and location, some extra curricular activity appears to be your forte too?!! ;)

Does that not also apply to Aberdeen and Hibs then? Cant presume they will be out.

Brechin City were thrown out of Scottish Cup about 10 years ago for fielding Michael Paton when he was on loan from Aberdeen. We beat Hamilton but then got the boot . I m sure we were fined 10k as well .

Still angers me yet it was the last game we won ha ha ha

The TV games does all the money go into the pot to be shared with all the clubs in that round ?

No. There is a separate fee to the clubs involved, though not the full value. Two years ago it was £20k per club. Not certain what it is now. Quite possibly still the same.

It seems we make an arse of everything, no wonder we are a laughing stock, and it always amazes me how we all accept it. ICT should be kicking the door down and protesting, given the draw they could have had and money they will lose out on. But of course some will be happy Hearts are through, and of course Partick, from the central belt, and the highlanders are out with the potential long trip for someone.

The fact that you can have a disciplinary situation like that, one that has happened before, and have no set punishment in place to deal with it in future is ridiculous.  It just leaves it wide open for a bit of corrupt decision making as happened here.

It'll be the same next time it happens as well; the punishment will depend on who is involved.

Partick, St Johnstone, St Mirren and Stirling Albion are hosting games in the UEFA Girls U19s Championship this July. There are 4 groupstage matches on Tuesday 16th July, Friday 19th July and Monday 22nd July... SF on Thursday 25th July... and Final on Sunday 28th July; this prettymuch fully overlaps the League Cup sections.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_UEFA_Women's_Under-19_Championship#Group_stage

Tue 16 Jul ... Group A ... Partick + St Mirren
Tue 16 Jul ... Group B ... St Johnstone + Stirling

Fri 19 Jul ... Group A ... Partick + St Mirren
Fri 19 Jul ... Group B ... St Johnstone + Stirling

Mon 22 Jul ... Group A ... Partick + St Mirren
Mon 22 Jul ... Group B ... St Johnstone + Stirling

Thu 25 Jul ... SFs ... Partick + St Mirren

Sun 28 Jul ... Final ... St Mirren

Will these clubs be able to play games interspersed among the girls matches or will they have to use neutral venues?
