I just cannot believe the sad news about Davie Stewart. I was lucky enough to watch him before he left for Leeds. Brilliant keeper and surely  Ayrs best ever. I was also lucky enough to meet him at his Hall of a Fame induction. A true gent and great guy. RIP Davie

Anyone else see the arsehole with the laser at the start of the second  half yesterday? Someone on the SRE facebook page suggesting it was a Killie fan in the flats behind the Railway End, got a knock in the door for his troubles.

I did notice it after the Alloa game after the match heading over the rail bridge.

What’s the laser chat about? Didn’t see anything at the game, was he shining it at players or fans?

Goalie, SRE  and the stewards who pointed it out to the polis from the end of the main stand...looked like it was coming from the flats at Duke Terrace

Some guy on twitter is giving news orgs permission to use the video of the Moore incident even though it's not his footage, unless that is Wuffster, and if it is I'm pretty sure you can charge them a fee for it.

I've posted this on the match thread, however for anyone travelling by train to Glengarnock on Saturday,

Alternatively nip into the Glendale Arms (on left hand side as you walk off the platform) for a few pre-match pints with the good Ayr supporting Kilbirnie boys !!

Pub opens at 11am.

Bus times as follows (Bus stop is directly opposite Pub)

Stagecoach X36 at 13.05 (5 min journey) (double decker)

Stagecoach#25 12.55pm (5 min journey)  (smaller bus usually)

McGills 904 at 1.00pm (5 min journey)
