Just seen this on BBC website:

Partick Thistle are taking action to extend their players' contracts by a matter of days after an administrative error came to light that could have left the Championship club struggling to fulfil their fixture list this season. (The Herald)

A fiver says pretty much every club in the Championship has at least some players in the same position (maybe not Dundee).

Better changing the league to Friday nights , that’s another at least 2 Friday games next month Cove at home on 24th and Arbroath away on 31st ( nightmare for people working )

Is Cove at home on the 24th on BBC? Missed that one if that's the case.

We're not (yet) as bad as Arbroath - all four of their games in March are on a Friday night. I'm not sure of the number of part time players but regardless, thats a big inconvenience.

March games for us

Saturday, Tuesday, Monday, Saturday , Friday , Friday

Full play-off schedule wasn't announced last season until the 14th April.

I imagine given the Scottish Cup semi-finals aren't until 29-30 April that it might complicate it further given some of the teams that are left.

Did 3rd v 4th end up being the 1st midweek after the season finished?

Must have had at least double the amount of TV games this season than previous ones, feels like it at least.

Beeb must be banking on us to be up there at end of season. Another thing they've got wrong no doubt

f**k the BBC.  The match going fan is shafted time and time again by this deal of Friday night games where you often (largely?) cannot take public transport home.

They should be allowed to do this to each fanbase one time per season maximum as a level of understanding that geographically it's going to come up.

They also shouldn't be allowed to show the last game of the season if it has to finish on a Friday night.

Awful TV deal.

f**k the BBC.

It's quite decent if you're the home team as it's a good start to the weekend but if it's away and any further than Glasgow area yeah it's pretty awful as you have to battle through Glasgow rush hour on a Friday night and then driving back home at 10/11 at night after a week of work.
