It’s now been well over 10 days since we were told to expect two signings. We expected signing news late last week and then early this week which didn’t come.

Kerr’s Avenue to be changed back to McCall’s Avenue if this patter continues and there is no Friyay news.

With no one being at club last week and training taking place away from club this week , things taking a little longer then anticipated, but not too worry things are under control , no need for knicker wetting yet

Any particular reason why no one was at the club last week? Although training was stopped there was no rules regarding the manager being at the club.

Not sure how training not taking place at the usual place makes any difference to players signing?

All signings  of documents take place at Somerset Park , snd Ayr don’t announce until contract has been signed

That doesn’t make any sense. We couldn’t train so no signings could take place at the stadium or club offices?

Indeed. You weren't training at Somerset Park when you signed Patrick Reading (who almost certainly didn't do so in Scotland, never mind at Somerset), Dario Zanatta, Tom Walsh or Michael Miller either.

It's far more likely as I hinted a week or two back that with the Govt genuinely threatening to pull the rug out from Scottish football Ayr paused on adding to commitments until there was a little more certainty. And rightly so. I think all clubs pretty much did.

This. Although we weren’t allowed to train there was nothing stopping Kerr being in at the club. Raith Rovers for example announced the signing of Ugwu last week.

I don't think that's what Robbo was suggesting. They haven't been training in Ayr this week therefore the manager and players have been nowhere near Somerset. That doesn't mean the groundwork hasn't been done.

He stays in Glasgow does he not so surely if there was someone signing it’s not a hassle for him to get to Somerset?

Calm down for goodness sake, we not an entire 5 or 6weeks before our first competitive fixture? Plenty of time to get the knickers wet
