Our next five away games are going to be on the following days, assuming the ICT game is rescheduled early April:

Tuesday night, Friday night, Tuesday night, Tuesday night, Friday night.

Great.

Beats last season when it was all our home games were getting moved to midweek. At least this won’t mess with our home crowds.

If the season hasn't been cancelled because of coronaviris by then, or all played behind closed doors.

IMO our next six games are crucial in deciding where we will finish this season.

Dundee United (H)

Dundee (H)

Dundee (A)

QOTS (A)

Arbroath (A)

Partick Thistle (H)

12 points would be a dece return and put us in a strong position.

That might well  be true but it doesn’t mean there are parties to vote for who mirror your exact beliefs. Many people will have views that range from right to left and end up choosing the closest. In light of the recent behaviour shown by all parties and many of their members writing anyone off for backing one is wrong imo

Nobody expects people to fit their beliefs exactly to one political party. We just expect that people who support the one that sits and laughs as its citizens starve or burn to death in their own homes get spat on if they walk the streets.

Surprised you get the time to post on here. With  the amount of Tories living in Ayr a large chunk of your day must be taken up spitting on people

You think it’s okay to spit on random people in the street. Think your the problem here.

Laughing as someone starves to death >> spitting on someone. HTH.

See Kerr having a bit of a go at the state of the surface, thought it was better than last Tuesday apart from being a bit bobbly.

Can definitely see Kerr though pushing for an astro, which as long as it was a decent one like Alloas I'd be all for it

He is really disappointed on state of pitch , can’t get it rolled due to amount of rain that has fallen along with the work done on it last week , players do all their training on artificial pitch , as someone said above it really is the way forward , Astro suits this years squad , the question is will it suit next seasons

Astroturf pitches are generally dreadful and I don’t believe players would choose to play on them over grass.  I would hate to see us go down that road - that said,  we need to understand why the pitch has deteriorated in recent years when historically it was one of the best surfaces in the country.  The quality of the pitches at Morton and Dunfermline indicates we have a specific issue at Somerset which may requires changes to the ground staff.

If AstroTurf was genuinely the future and considered a technically superior surface, we would be seeing the top clubs in the world adopt them.  That they aren’t confirms that AstroTurf is still fundamentally a cost cutting choice that top coaches don’t want.
