rb123!
See a lot of people on here were right about not being able to sign that boy from Coventry due to already playing for too many clubs this season. Just our luck.

We’re in need of a winger, can he play there or where’s his best position? 45 minutes ago, D'Jaffo said: From what you’ve seen of him would he do well in the Championship? I’ve only ever seen him briefly at Sheffield but in understand he’s had a few injuries since then. Hard to say, tbh. He's been fairly poor for us, think he got 1 goal and 0 assists in his season and a half with us. Mostly played on the right wing so he could cut in, but not strong or quick enough to get away from defenders. Be interested to see how he'd get on at this level.

Read on your thread he’s being announced tomorrow is that right?

rb123!
Doubt Scott Wright would come down to us on loan, he was on the bench for Aberdeen at the weekend. Although could possibly become available if they sign Lewis Morgan which it looks like they could do.

We had a diddy habit of only announcing transfer news on Tuesday/Friday as that's when the local paper came out.
Honest_Ally
I've only ever seen him play as a number 10, but he could be a top player at this level if we can get him fit and motivated. He fits the bill for a McCall career revival.

Still expecting two players to come in before Thursday. ^I reckon we'll make 2 signings as well.
ayrunitedfw
Presuming SW is Scott Wright then getting him and Scougall will be two very good pieces of business.

Agreed If we get both then we’ll have done better business this month than I’d have expected.
D'Jaffo
Wright will be in good company if he joins amongst the ex Aberdeen contingent in the squad. I’m guessing McCalls relationship with McInnes was also a factor in getting him on loan. If he signs that is. Also Doc would’ve played with Scougall briefly at Livi as well.
D'Jaffo
However it appears the Pars are after Wright as well. b*****ds.
itzdrk
I'm not sure we need Scott Wright and Stefan Scougall. Do both not play on the right? If McCall has a plan then he can just fire right on though.
paulbrucerick
Scougall wiki updated already. Pinch of salt.

Think Wright plays on the right or off the striker while Scougall can play across the midfield.

No.Scougall is really an attacking left sided midfielder..He can also play number 10 but is a bit lightweight for that position and can be easily nudged off the Ball..He has occasionaly played on the right when he and Wotherspoon have swapped wings but this is quite rare..
