Away to cove on the 28th of December will be a good one

As long as the deep midwinter weather lets it go ahead. Trotted all the way over there for a game last December, pulled into the car park, & was told the game was off due to gale force winds. Bummer to say the least! :-(

Sounds like we’ve got a puckle of trialists in and that’s our lot.

Don't think it's quite that doom & gloom. I've counted 16 players signed, so probably better than this stage in some prior seasons, plus of course the likely further additions from the ranks of the trialists. First chance to see how things are looking in tonight's friendly at Strathspey.

Could be an issue if there's injuries, but otherwise reckon there's currently a decent core to the squad - McHale, Cooper, Bronsky, McHardy, McGowan, Wilson, Roberts, Omar, Cameron, O'Keefe. Hester - plus a couple of the younger lads will also be pushing for starting places, & doubtless there will be some additional new faces coming in over the coming weeks. All seems quiet on the Shane front though.
