My issue with some retro strips is they just look like cheap t shirts. Can't make up my mind whether the Morton one is class or looks like something you'd see on the PGA tour.

It looks a bit like something Team Europe would wear during the Ryder Cup.

Man United have gone for a retro third kit which I think looks very decent. The sponsor is rubbish and slightly tarnishes what is otherwise a nice top. I really like how different colours are used for the Adidas logo.

What's retro about it?

It is the loop of decades. We were in the 80’s with the plain classic shirts for the last  5 or 6  years.

Now we are getting into the 90’s interpretation. I can just about handle the prints, but when it gets all baggy that is me out.

That purple Newcastle one is bloody awful. The home one obviously with that collar is a nod to the classic 1996 kit. Not great though.

The Everton goalie one is kinda cool, but you'd never actually wear it anywhere.

That massive blue sponsor ruins the Newcastle home kit.

Fun88 sounds like a premium rate chat line.

As for the kits, this page is just monstrous.  Hummel are usually plain and simple.  They’ve had a mare with those Everton kits.  Atrocious.
