The first ones out the north section had 17, 19, 20, 23 and 24 separated by one. The first ones out the south section had 46, 47, 36, 37 and 38 separated by one. Then a bunch of 40s. So not a random draw. I doubt this is actually a thing - when there are 24 balls in the pot for each draw, it's not all that surprising that you'll sometimes get a group of consecutive numbers which are close together.
