The Duel for the Crown

Recommended Posts

OK, ok, it's a struggle to equal last season's "Gunfight at the Saughton Corral" thread title hyperbole.

Over the next month the EOSL title and potential LL promotion will be decided between 100%-record Kelty and 100%-record LTHV. (Mathematically, anyway, Leith could also still prevail),

Here's the current table:

http://eosfl.com/item.php?pg=league&pd=1049&it=141

#            P     W D L    F   A  GD   Pts
1  Kelty     19   19 0 0   132  9 +123  57
2  Leith     20   15 2 3    69 25  +44  47

3  LTHV      15   15 0 0    69 10  +59  45

All the best for tomorrow to both LTHV and Kelty. Heart says LT, head says Kelty. Hopefully a cracking game and a good advert for the Eos league. As for you Kelty fans, try behaving eh, no more disrespectful nonsense, play nice please. Cant separate who deserves this more, both clubs are a credit to this fine league

ps hopefully the auld man copes with all that lovely gate money

Oh and @kefc make sure your Twitter is up to scratch please, a blow by blow account is required :thumsup2

Will do although it is restricted to the Starting line up, goals and MOTM. I like to watch the match and not my phone for 90 mins updating corners, chances free kicks etc, kudos to the guys who do though :)

2 top sides going head to head, should be a cracker.

Disappointed my annual Welfare trip in midweek ended in defeat but looking forward to tomorrow’s cracker. Best of luck to both. Don’t think there’s a tea hut yet so may have to visit KFC on route. (For legal purposes, other fast food outlets are available!).

There was on Wednesday night, around the corner from the changing rooms

Trying to convince my better half here there’s no eateries so we’re forced to go to KFC........you’re ruining my moment here lol!

Kidding, good to know actually, much appreciated. Teahut it is.

Hats off to Lothian - with the slate of games they had this week, that's an incredible result!

It all comes down to the final game then...

Hopefully tyncastle put up a decent game midweek lol

Situation as it now stands is that LTHV need at least 3pts from both games v Tynecastle to take it to the last day... it actually makes no difference if it's 4pts. If they get 3pts or 4pts from those games they'd have to beat Kelty to win the league - if they get 6pts Kelty would have to beat them to win the league.

Only way there cannot be last day decider is if LTHV don't win either game v Tynecastle, i.e. emerge with 0pts, 1pt or 2pts.
