Rangers vs Kilmarnock 17th March

Recommended Posts

Killie got beat 3-0 at home v Hibs when Stevie was not long in the door. That to me was the  day that will keep Stevie at Killie for ever. Instead of walking away or booing the team, the fans stayed behind and sang and went on as if a cup had been won. Steve that night  saw real fans and became KTID.

Why ANYBODY goes to Ibrox with fear is beyond me they are just a wee team from Glasgow. To the rest of the Scottish Premiership, go there & fill your boots while they're so bad......

Exact same thing happened in the Championship the first year Hibs were down. Everyone was playing the strip rather than the team in them. Took Hibs and Hearts scudding them a few times before everyone else in the league woke up to the fact that they were garbage.

Not sure Hibs and Hearts can take credit for showing that team up as ordinary , Alloa got a draw against them very early in the season.

I think you will find that the Alloa teams was the "same old Alloa always cheating"?

Alloa were the only side who picked up any pts from them (twice, plus put them out of the petrol facts cup) other than Hibs and Hearts till the end of December.

Following Hibs beating them 4-0 on the 27th December every other side in the league picked up something against them after that.

Half of the battle against either of the arse cheeks in Scotland is teams having a bit of belief playing against them. Kilmarnock are living proof of that this season and absolutely deserve credit for that. No sure when the penny will drop with the rest of the league though...

I generally agree with what you are saying. You have done QOS a disservice there, they beat Rangers 2-0 a fortnight before Hibs scudded them.

Anyway well done Killie.

Two points from that Sun "article": 1/  Three points for a win in 1914/15?  "The Light Blues’ worst season for dropping three points at home is 1914/15".

2/ Since when did not winning = losing? If Rangers had have drawn with Killie they would still only have lost 6 home games, not "match an unwelcome record." Does nobody proof read/check anything that gets published these days?

"with three points at home against Kilmarnock.

Fail to do that and they will match an unwelcome record – with a further three home games still to come before the end of the season"

Boyd looked genuinely gutted he scored. Almost as if he wanted that *** to clear it off the line.

He's going up to the Lodge after the game to in full regalia sign about The Walls.

Aye he was heartbroken. 3 in 2 against them now, next time he'll have to try harder not to score.
