Then gets really weird mental, but the first couple are top stuff. Came up in recommendations, thought it was new. Torn between that, narcos and ozark. Watched the dark mirror episode where the young guy gets filmed watching porn then ends up robbing a bank and killing a peado. Bit mental.

I'm sure the young guy does the killing in that episode? He's the one who was looking at kiddy porn.

19QOS19
Best episode of the lot IMOI expect the one with lassie being photographed and followed around the town would have been a good puzzler the first time around. Sadly I never got the reveal as a moron at my work told me the twist before I'd even seen it.

The young guy was only looking at normal porn maybe then got set up by the hackers? watched the one with the women from Jurassic park last night where your life depends on social media ratings. Was ok.

Was ok. He was defo looking at kiddy porn. I think that's the point. I don't think any teenage boy would go to those lengths to cover up the fact they watch porn; shock horror! At the end his mum phones him screaming at him about watching kids.

Suppose, I did wonder why he didn’t just go to the cops at first. Also thought he might have been framed.

I won't try and get into the mental mind of Brooker but I imagine that's what he was going for. I'm sure I watched it and was like what's the big deal? It's porn? But they made the character really shy so it was believable that he was just scared of being embarrassed by the video. I don't think I saw the ending coming with that one.
Bully Wee Villa
Spoiler tabs, please. I mean I've seen that one, but lots of people have just got Netflix. If you want to discuss a particular programme including vital plot points it is best to create a separate thread for said programme. I think there is already a Black Mirror one. And, for what it's worth, he killed a paedo and it was then revealed at the end of the show that he had been looking at child porn himself, too. DrewDon
Shut Up and Dance is an excellent Black Mirror episode. Right up there with San Junipero, White Bear and Black Museum, for me. This might have tempted me to go back for a rewatch, actually.

Trying to imagine myself as the 'smaller' character always makes me feel weirdly uneasy.

JamieStevenson
Could have really done without all of the therapy shite. I'm still of the opinion it didn't need a second series. It was still alright though.
Bully Wee Villa
It was alright, didn't mind the therapy, Paul Kay's character was funny, so were the prostitute and the postman. Got sick of all the upsetting flashbacks. I understand they were needed in the first series to provide some context for the main character, so we can see he is acting an arse but still sympathise as we see that his actions are symptoms of his grief. Still having all those flashbacks and the endless reminders of how great she was and how sad he is in the second series, though, got a bit depressing at times. There's pathos and then there's battering your audience over the head with a rolling pin of misery. Despite those reservations, bits of it were very good and it was quite moving in parts. I'd probably still watch the third series if it gets one. Edited April 26, 2020 by Bully Wee Villa
