The game at Girvan yesterday should never of been off its junior football in the middle of one of the worst winters for years and i think officials are looking for champions league standard parks, we have played on far worse recently and not just away from home, absolute joke

lucky that the larkhall thistle v cumbernauld game went ahead and really enjoyed the spectacle but i pity the poor groundsman and the kit person!
Fantastic pics
A throw back to the old days when many a game was played on heavy pitches.
Now a wee bit mud, frost, rain or a soft patch and games are postponed. (Wouldn't want to wash strips though lol)

Sitting waiting for the Leyton Orient game to start. Check the nick of the pitch.

Think we can be a wee bit over the top criticising Junior pitches when you consider the budget they spend to end up with THAT is probably several Junior pitch budgets combined.
