Moderators on BBC HYS showing ridiculous bias.

Complained about a post that used the phrase Nicola Sturgeon's National Socialist Army - not upheld.

Complaint about my own post that called Yaxley-Lennon a Nazi - upheld.

Just utterly ridiculous.
As a follow up I had another complaint about a post rejected - another SNP=NSDAP type post.

Appealed the adjudication - and they upheld my complaint.

I wonder why they had a change of heart?

The same reason some referees give a yellow card and some give a red card for identical incidents. The same reason some judges would slap you on the rest for a crime, while others would bang you up for 6 months for the exact same thing. The same reason some moderators on here would give you a hard time for things that others are happy to turn an eye too.

Different people, different interpretations. Different opinions about what serves as justice.

Just reading an article from the BBC politics website regarding the SNP conference. The article is to do with currency in an independent Scotland. Below is the photo of the conference that they chose to publish. As a SNP member I didn't make said conference but have been to them before and can state that the vast majority of attendees do not look or dress like this. But heh BBC you continue with your angle

TBF to the Beeb I know that particular gentleman & he manages to get himself to the front of EVERY demo, meeting etc without fail. He is also English which is interesting given the suggestion elsewhere that there should be some sort of ‘Scottishness’ test to be met before being eligible to vote.

Can you post a link to this suggestion?

The BBC have spent all day promoting the idea that Spanish elections will usher in some right-wing/fascist coalition

BBC main TV news
- opens on Vox winning seats
- then correspondent says we can't say far right is the story, as they came 5th.
- then a report mainly about Vox, Franco & bull-fighting
- brief passing mention of the result being left winning "leaving many alienated & resentful"

I saw that and that much the same.  The whole story was about Vox.  When they started the report about how they'd won loads of seats I thought come second or third...and then the revelation came that they'd come fifth!  Why would the UK national news focus on the party that came fifth in a general election of another country?  The BBC just has an obsession with the far right.
