I don't think this is true, unless the rules have changed. It's basically queue jumping with the same doctors freelancing outside their NHS hours.

Difficult to tell when people are being serious about this and when not, but just for the benefit of anyone who actually thinks he was taking the piss, he's not. It's the BSL sign for 'Nazi'.

I'm raging at this and that's despite being no big fan of Lineker. I see "Wrighty" has done the right thing too. Good on him as again he falls into the same category as Lineker for me.
