BBC bias

Today programme accusing the National Trust of being "woke" and Maoist this morning for wanting to be open about many of their properties having been built on the profits from slavery. No voice from the the other side.

The red guard was notorious for putting up plaques containing background information, the woke b*****ds.

I was going to say that stroke he suffered a couple of years ago, but a quick check tells me it was actually January 2013.

working for the BBC, he wouldn't consider for a second the reporting on rats/litter being in any way embellished and exaggerated by the media and opposition parties (and unions) for purely political purposes....

I thought the peter principle meant that people were promoted to a level where they were found to be incompetent then stop. She's never been competent but still gets promoted.

 

 

ETA. That was the usual story in my career. Folk who were pish useless got moved upward to where they could do least harm. Might be different in non-engineering workplaces.

There used to be a theory that shite teachers got promoted so they weren't in the classroom anymore
