But the words on their own raise the implication there was something questionable about their donation. There wasn't. It should have been corrected. It hasn't. It was one link at the bottom of the article which accurately referred to them defending themselves after being attacked for their donations to the SNP. "Sensitive" is being kind imo.

Granny Danger
Ian Duncan Smith On Ridge was great fun. Accused Corbyn of everything other than baby eating then said Labour’s manifesto had promised to ‘respect the result of the referendum’. Aye Ian, never trust the manifesto of a party led by the worst person ever!

Probably partly due to any SNP spokesperson completely destroying Ridge or Marr's attempts to remain in control of the discussion. Also wouldn't be surprised if the programme researchers know absolutely hee-haw about Scottish politics.

Suspect Device
Is it not strange that the BBC has the EU vote candidates for Tory, Labour and Lib Dem listed on their front page for the Scottish politics but no mention of the SNP? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-47991689 Tory https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-47974501 Lib Dem https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-47983523 Labour I had to google for the SNP and funnily enough The National comes up as listing them first, then Wikipedia but nothing on the BBC. https://www.thenational.scot/news/17586679.snp-reveal-list-for-euro-elections-as-party-go-for-three-meps/

Might be worthwhile contacting them about that out of curiosity, if nothing else.

Still can't quite understand how The National can reveal these candidates and the BBC can't. Not very good journalism on their part.

They have be ranked in order by conference. Assuming they are aiming for 3 seats, that's quite important. The bottom 3 have next to no chance of being on the eu 'gravy train' for a few weeks/months/years.
