I think most people would be supportive if the complaint and response were made public.

They wouldn’t. People are so entrenched in their own position that it doesn’t matter anymore what is being said, believing it is now just a matter of who is saying it.

We saw the media in action in indyref1. We at least must be better prepared.

I've never heard or read anything   of a media team. You sure?

There's definitely a media team and there was talk of a "rebuttal unit". If there is they should be far more visible. The media will all be in overdrive for Indyref2 and with all the economic arguments from last time shattered I dread to think what crap they'll come up with.

Problem with complaints and response for TV would be the same as print - would take ages for a case to be looked at and then buried somewhere late at night.

That will certainly reverberate around their massive e 9000 readership!

The Unionist Scotsman paper doesn't have that much more readers than the National. Newspapers are dying in general. Bit like the UK in fact, archaic, had it's time , thing of the past and soon to be gone.

The Press and Journal sells more than the Scotsman, Herald and National combined.

How Reddit sees it:

"Thats fucking pathetic.

They are a minor party. The news carries the gov and the official opposition, no one else, because what next? Lib de s complain they get cut off? The greens?

This is just childish crying of 'notice me'.... "

Expect similar (but milder) from any msm outlet that comments on the matter.

Yeh I frequently go on holiday with my old bosses...

It's a bit different when you probably get paid 3 times as much as your boss. I just find it weird that folk find it odd that people in the Westminster/media bubble make friends.
