2426255
Quote Exemplary for me for that kind of football that we played in the second half was Scott McTominay, he won almost all second balls in the 2nd half; he won a lot of 50:50 situations in the centre of the pitch and then we had our counter attacking situations. Ralf Rangnick Quote In the second half Scott (McTominay) I must once again say was exemplary – a real leader, he played with authority when we needed it most and I think that had a positively contagious effect on all the other players in the centre of the pitch. By winning those duels in the 2nd half we had counter attacking situations ourselves and we knew that they (Brentford) were weak in moments when we could play with speed and tempo towards their goal and making their back three drop back and bring them into one on one sprinting duels. Ralf Rangnick https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMmOg2ckm1c Quote He (Scott McTominay) got a knock on the back and couldn't breathe properly, I spoke to him in the locker room [after] and he should be okay for Saturday. TheScarf
There's something quite beautiful about Scotland 'Scott' McTominay striding forward with the ball. Like a gazelle in full flight.

BingMcCrosby
He is playing well at the moment, I've had my doubts about wether hes a top top level player in the past. But a succession of man u managers have trusted him and he's getting better. Futures looking good for us in midfield.
bleedingums
There’s games where he looks top, top level (europa final as a good example) but he doesn’t show that every game IMO. Hopefully under ragnick, that’s going to start changing as he’s looked really good so far with the new manager. Think for Scotland it’s between him and McGregor alongside McGinn and Gilmour. McGregor and Gilmour have played really well together recently so it’d take a fair amount to deviate from that - nice problem to have though.

TheScarf
Goldbridge is a Tory wanker who hates every non-English player apart from Ronaldo and Van De Beek. He's finally realised and accepted that Harry Maguire is shite and doesn't deserve to start for United. He still blindly worships Luke Shaw and Jadon Sancho however. Despite them both being extremely average.
velo army
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Ragnick, if he gets the gig permanently, punting McGuire and giving the captaincy to McTominay.

He seems to mainly be notable for making himself look like an idiot on his own channel.
Fratelli
Hating McTominay is one of Goldbridge's running gags at this point. Also, it's essentially a comedian playing a character. Why anyone would give weight to his opinions i've no idea. The fella behind it (Brent Di Cesare) is very good at it tbf to him.

accies1874
Do The Nerds have any idea how he'll fit into Ten Hag's system? I've not seen much of Ajax beyond the odd CL game so I've no idea.
