Pot 1 - 60% of tickets will be reserved for those who live in the areas covered by Perth & Kinross Council. 2. Pot 2 - 25% of tickets will be reserved for residents living in all other Perth (PH), Dundee (DD), Falkirk (FK) and Kirkcaldy (KY) postcodes. 3. Pot 3 - The remaining 15% will be unreserved. As well as Gallagher and Simple Minds, the bill includes Jamie Cullum, Amy MacDonald, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Danelle de Niese, Evelyn Gelnnie, Nigel Kennedy, Scottish National Jazz Orchestra, Julie Fowlis, The Beat and The Shires.
