I bet you Darren Fletcher is in the next squad if he's fit.

That's a nice idea, but he's basically a sub now for Stoke.

Other options are begging James McArthur, or adopting the old Walter tactic of playing a centre-back in defensive midfield (Mulgrew?)

Why is McArthur not available? This really is an awful generation of talent.

There's no way to make a decent XI out of the squads available. I can see Griffiths having an extended break from this dross too.

Like the Thumb, he asked to “not be included.”

His back is fucked . Taking all his energy to get on the pitch for Palace . Said he wasn't 100%fit but at no point did he ever ask "Not to be included "

The sfa need too get the fucking cash out and get us a proper manager.

We have suffered enough with the bargain basement appointments over the last few decades.

Yeah, I was really hoping that Ian Maxwell would have the balls to sack Alex by now!! Why wait until end of this campaign when it's clear to all fans and most media pundits that change is needed NOW in order to have a chance of qualifying!

He absolutely, "100%" asked to be left out.    Not sure why you want to see James McArthur in a different light from anyone else.

My original preference before McLeish was appointed was Alex Neil. Neil, along with Jack Ross and Stevie Clarke should have been on the radar when McLeish   was being considered.

McLeish was a lazy, safe hands appointment that showed no imagination or ambition. It's turned out to be a disaster - much worse than I thought it would be. It's probably a lot worse than those at the SFA imagined too.

What a mess...……...
