Worrying about your physical fitness

I gave up the cigarettes 4 years ago, use the vape now (but that's for another thread). As such i gained about 3 stone, so in the last few months I've started that slimming world, lost 2 stone so far but the physical fitness side I'm not too bothered about. I've never been particularly "fit" bit always having physically demanding jobs has meant i was never a couch potato either.
