Poet of the Macabre
Can't honestly believe that St Mirren have won just once at EEP since 94. That's a mental record. Guranteed defeat for us now this has been pointed out...

I remember coming back from 2-0 down to 2-2 and then heroically throwing it away and losing 4-2. Big Trigger scored and we were wearing blue. Back in the days of the proper terracing along the side of the pitch. East Ends reconstruction is better than most, but the old East End Park was a proper football stadium. Are you sure you've remembered this correctly? I definitely remember a game at East End in 95/96 where we were 2-0 up but it finished 2-2 (I was at this game). Pretty sure Barry Lavety scored (junkie c**t)
Mark Connolly
Good to see Jack Ross there practically confirming he's in for the Scotland job. He's the right man for the job, and it also opens the door for an Alex Rae return.

That said, the pressure was on Aberdeen the other week and we shat the bed then. Personally I reckon we'll win. We might draw, but I don't think we'll lose. * edited to add, I realise how odd it is to be a St Mirren fan and genuinely go into games expecting to win. You can't say it a hundred times more, you're still wrong.

What isn't cute is the pressure on Dunfermline, it's harsh and they know it. Us, on the other hand could phone up the league, claim we can't be fucked playing this game, take the 3 points penalty and still canter to the league title...
