I wonder if George Galloway will still be kicking a baw when it's Queen of the South's 150th - I'm sure he'd want to be a part of that given his support of the club over the pandemic...

I saw George in Chambers Street today. He's very litigious so I won't say I wanted to kick his baws....

Theroadlesstravelled
The MLS new TV deal is worth about 7 times more than the SPFL TV deal yet the number of TV viewers are about the same. I'm not sure if my nan could play in the MLS but she would get paid more.

invergowrie arab
If the SPFL had seven times the money I wonder what would be the most likely ourcome? Reduce ticket prices, invest in youth and women's football, create more national divisions below SPFL2 or Celtgers paying 12m for middle of the road nobodies and Ian Harkes ending up on 10k a week.

Kapowzer
I know it's got its own thread, but the SPFL being the currants bitches is a new high water mark. I can see the Daily Record Headline: Rangers refuse to eat what's dished up by Cinch's new catholic chef #whatamistakatomaka -

Surely every club that has a sponsorship with a betting company, including Rangers, would have had a clash when the league was sponsored by Ladbrokes. If they wont advertise, they shouldnt get the prize money cinch provides.
