A couple that spring to mind: Bringing forward by 1 hour the kickoff for a game away to Shire and not bothering to tell the fans. A pre season game against Port Vale ( I think ) when the players didn't arrive together or on time. Game eventually kicked off with less than 11 Queens players on the pitch. I remember seeing the architects sketches for that stand (and ice rink!). Looked pretty smart to be fair. It makes a bit of sense in England because the EPL is a separate body from the Football League, like how the SPL was separate from the SFL, However now that all 4 leagues are under the SPFL, it makes no sense and is utter w**k. He's gone on to do rather well for himself since and has scored a few times against us for various clubs, but that memory still endures. Again in the SFL, but Alex Rae while player-manager at Dundee gave a GIRFUY to the Thistle fans after he'd scored an equaliser against us at Firhill... for which he received a 2nd yellow. Dundee went on to lose the game 3-1. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_div_1/6089802.stm he also then got sent off in the 90th minute in another loss to us. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_div_1/6551587.stm As for Thistle, we're guilty of a handful of somewhat tinpot things; springing to mind are the Bing, the bizarre 1971 league cup half-time re-enactment from the National Theatre of Scotland which I thankfully missed, and we've also previously been guilty of the earlier thread mentions for mic'd up fans to make more noise, but that's something we've not done for a good while.
