HibeeJibee
Think it's been posted before - but this was half a century ago today. Colin Stein scored and Peter Lorimer also played.

Morton v Hearts is the only fixture that I can recall my father opting for tickets in the stand, such was the trouble that went along with this game. The 5-3 game in 77-78, which was a few months before I started watching Morton, is one I wish I'd seen.
Flybhoy
Some of the Premier League captains pictured at Tannadice in October 1987, no idea why and no idea why Hibernian, Falkirk, St Mirren, Motherwell and Morton are missing.

Flybhoy
Jim Leishman with Dunfermline's Hungarian midfielder Istvan Kozma, the boy was a player and a half from what I remember and ended up at Liverpool, although he didn't fare too well down there and was a bit out of his depth, Graeme Souness brought him down to Anfield not long after leaving Rangers, one of a number of disastrous signings in his ill fated spell at Liverpool, along with the likes of Jimmy Carter, David Speedie, Julian Dicks and Torben Piechnik.

Eednud
In @HibeeJibee’s pics of Pittodrie is that a very young Steve Murray playing for Dundee in what was probably a Reserve League game?

AyrshireTon
December 1982 and Rangers fans vote with their feet, essentially protesting over how crap they were. 7000 fans saw them hold Morton to a 1-1 draw.
