Jocky Scott (back row furthest left) not wearing a Dundee jersey also looks a bit bizarre.

Thought I recognised him. He also looks a bit similar to WM. Or is it the other way round. 😂

An absolute classic strip!

Best strips were in the 70s before advertising and designers on mushrooms or LSD.

Some Motherwell FC items relating to their 1931 tour of South Africa. Look at the mileage covered during the tour and no plane journey, different times. They toured again in 1934.

Castle Milk Stout is still produced and it’s good stuff but Bovril and milk?

Back in the 1880s there was a "Zulu Warrior" team, based out of Sheffield, raising money for old soldiers, much to the dismay of the FA, who found the whole thing distasteful, as well as smacking of professionalism.

What the heck they would have made of the goings on in Bathgate in 1892 though...

...I'm assuming it was for charity, and was something of a piss-take (Bathgate Rovers had not long before been Erin Rovers)...

It was probably a piss-take then, but such a fixture today would possibly bring busloads from all over Scotland (and Ireland) to enjoy the occasion.

And be live on Viaplay, while a Championship decider would be ignored.
