Yes, you are.

It's definitely not Danny. Looks like Jim Hamilton.

Pooossssibly. Still say AM though.

Too short for JH.

I'm now revising my guess to Jamie Buchan. Getty images have him listed in this photo...

Even though I also think this might be Danny Griffin...

Edit again for Jamie Buchan...

Skinheads aplenty.

But it is actually Derek Lilley.

Some proper trackie top mash up with Gordon McQueen and a Brazilian player I cant quite place, perhaps an older poster may know, looks late 1970's to me.

We played them in Rio in 1977. Must have been then.

A pasting for Celtic under Liam Brady- Neuchatel Xamax 5 Celtic 1, UEFA Cup 1991.

I mention this because I was a fresher at Aberdeen University and we watched the game in the common room. Hossam Hossan scored 4 against the Hoops and as each goal  went in a wee Celtic fan who was watching with us got more and more agitated. Some Egyptian students were watching the game quietly and when Hossan scored his hat-trick one of them started laughing.

Wee Celtic fan "What have you got to laugh at then, eh?!"

Egyptian "The guy that's just scored is my cousin.."

Wee Celtic fan slinked off to drown his sorrows shortly after..

Maybe Luis Pereira, in 1974.

Correct. Excellent shout. 1977, though.

One of the first known pictures of any Kilmarnock team taken in 1879, ten years after their formation. At this point in time Rangers and Dumbarton are only 7 years old, Hearts are 5, Hibs are 4 and we're 9 years away from the creation of Celtic. At the time the team played in Oxford (dark) Blue with white shorts - the blue and white vertical stripes first appeared in 1896 but in the early 20th century up until 1960 or so the team wore hoops.
