Correction  - 3rd from left at the top looks more like the maestro himself ( and Dougie Imrie hater ) Gerry McCabe.

There are 2 decent teams in that line up  - throw in Mark Fulton and you have the team who knocked Rangers out the Cup in 1987... and then got relegated.

Jim Liddle wasn't the best, mind  ;-)

Celtic win the league at Love Street in 1986 with a wee bit of help from a wee Bobby Ball lookalike 70 miles or so up the road at Dundee, the most dramatic and unexpected title win of Celtic's i've witnessed, a mere 9 years old I was as me and my dad jumped around the living room as news of Hearts late collapse at Dens Park came through on the radio.

Airdrie fans gather at a roundabout to make a 'rid haun' salute in the 1980's, and a match programme of theirs from a couple of years ago commemorating remembrance Sunday with a picture of Nazi soldiers on the front

Airdrie, the town and club that time forgot.

Looks like the photographer in front of the dugout in the first pic is Matt McGlone.
