Any ticket news or is there a Dunfermline v Morton season ticket for all the games.

Seriously are Dunfermline giving Morton tickets to sell for the cup game?

You'll probably be able to buy tickets on the day from EEP. Should be much clearer from the beginning of next week though.

Are Morton likely to bring through more than they would for a league game? It doesn't help that we play you four times a season, but it's always nice to get a decent turnout for Scottish Cup games.

How many Morton bring will depend on the result this Saturday.

Away numbers seem constant but I have never counted them.

Generally in cup ties we can muster a few hundred extra but there seems a general negativity amongst the support this year.  Many think our good year last year should have  translated into a greater ambition off the field and not a shittfeast turnstile system like yours.

Maybe the update next season will allow fans from teams with the same system to buy away tickets on their season/fans cards.

We live in hope.

Was certain there was a thread for this but can't find it anywhere...Anyway, confirmation that any replay will take place on Tuesday 30th January.

Hopefully this isn't required as it means our fixtures would look like this:

Jan 20th - Morton (H)

Jan 26th - St Mirren (H)

Jan 30th - Morton (A)

Feb 2nd - Morton (A)

Ew.

Strong case for going back to the days of a second replay at a neutral venue.

Would be an absolute minter if we lost this one. Morton have beaten one decent side since September and we're playing alright again. Still expect to lose a replay.

Would start Ryan and maybe Higgy.

No chance of you losing this. Stick on home win.

A decent cup run is probably more important to the away club here, as a credible league finish looks rather unlikely under the slaphead's tombola system for picking a team. We're better playing away from home*, are defensively solid* and a probably returning  Quitongo loves a goal against this mob. So despite the cloud of seethe swirling around Cappielow at the moment, I reckon that we'll get at least a replay from Saturday's game.

Being papped out the Scottish Cup by a completely average side from our own league would reignite mid-December levels of pessimism at EEP.

If we play the way we did against Utd we should win this one.

Naturally we'll have to put the ball in the net this time, but we look far more solid at the back than we have for a while, so I think Morton will have to do really well to get through us.

Early goal for the Pars and we'll go on to win nae bother, but if we don't score quick we could have a tough game on our hands.
