It was done by a chap called Kevin Robertson (kudos if you're reading this) who is very good at superimposing old pics of grounds onto modern photos of the sites. This one was ripped off from the Football Grounds and Stadia forum on Facebook and shows an old photo of the gates at Shawfield superimposed onto a modern photo of the same place.
