The woman who was struck with the ball has accepted Fraser’s apology and laughed off the idea of pressing charges. Yet this isn’t enough for the GFITW. They want him charged and locked up over Christmas. If anything, this incident has reaffirmed the fact that Celtic fans are biggest victims in world football. A complete headsgone.
