That was such a dreadful game btw.
Must have been McGinn's worst game ever because he didn't look like he'd get in our team. Mitchell on the left was an easy MoTM.

Mitchell seems an odd player

He’s notionally a left back but he’s played on the wing as well

As part of a back five he basically had license to do both

He looked good, was assured and seems like a player.

The balance looked good.  Once staunch Kyle is back from suspension I expect a push for a league and cup double.

Hearts played much better today than in the last nine derbies, we tried to hold out for a 0-0 and it backfired on us. Shame. Maybe next year some of our fans can stop begging for Hearts away in the cup, because it’s the fourth hardest tie we could get.

Shaw had a goal disallowed just like: Griffiths in 2012-13, Forster in 2013-14, Cummings in 2015-16 and McGregor in 2016-17.

Perhaps that's what the specky clown meant by "natural order"?

Very unlucky not to score as well; fabulous stop by Marciano, which had almost crossed the line by the time he dragged it out.

BBC commentator, Liam McLeod, actually exclaimed "GOA..." before checking himself - it was indeed, as you quite correctly say, some save.

McGregor was furious the whole second half about how often he was getting in down the left hand side.

Very unlucky not to score as well; fabulous stop by Marciano, which had almost crossed the line by the time he dragged it out.

McGregor just seemed like a permanently furious man, he was raging at someone half the time the camera was on him. Going by the size of his arms I assumed it was roid rage.

Also to add that was a cracking shot from Mitchell and a brilliant save from Marciano, fair play to him.

I actually didnt think it was that bad a game going by mediocre Edinburgh derby standards. As mentioned earlier Mcginn looked off the pace especially given we have had a winter break. Will be interesting to see how hearts get on in the second half of the season, wouldnt put it past them to finish above Hibs

Lennon spends so much time these days talking about Celtic, it was only a matter of time before he slipped back into warp factor 10 vhictim (also known as full-blown khqunt) mode.

Pleasing. It's the natural order of things to see his ugly ginger napper exploding like an over-ripe grape.
