An auld guy writes

 

The old Chipmunk Oxo crisps were superb. The original Smiths ones with the wee poke of salt were good, as were the lattice crisps of the 1960s (Chipmunk too?). Tudor pickled onion, I seem to remember, actually tasted of pickled onion. Salt & vinegar chipsticks are the best of today's bunch.

 

But none of them beat Twiglets.
