Kick off time rapidly approaching, the Rob Roy lads will already be on route to Beechwood Park
Game starts at 1345hrs, & I’m taking them to dominate the early stages getting an early goal for their efforts.
But Talbot will keep the points with a 3-2 victory. Both the Graham Wilson scoring the winner.

Can't see them upsetting Talbot today.

tbh I'm struggling to comprehend how or why grown-up men with jobs and stuff would be so obedient to some galloot like Brian. The rob Roy support basically got telt where to post and actually did it. A total embarrassment for those folk in all honesty.

nice to see some re-emerge on here though.

Two goals down after 5 minutes is a tall order but then to lose 2 goals at the start of the second half is criminal. Keeper for the first and the second had a touch of offside about it. Some of the Rabs finishing today was very poor. Can’t take it away from Talbot always raise there game on the big ones.

Talbot 4-1 Rob Roy.

Jamie Glasgow was quick onto a through ball over the Rob Roy defence, ran round the advancing Rob Roy goalie Steven McNeil & coolly put the ball into the net from the corner of the 18yd box, to put his side in front after 2mns.

Soon after top striker Graham Wilson put the home side further in front when he blasted home from a couple of millimetres, after Mark Shankland lofted over a high cross from the left byline.

The players could still taste their half time tea when the game was over, courtesy of a stunning Jamie Glasgow double.

He latched onto a fine ball, ran into the Rob Roy box, & beat the goalie from 10yds.

Couple of minutes later he reacted quickest to a loose ball on the Rob Roy 6yd line,to put Talbot 4-0 in front.

William Sawyers got his team a well deserved goal, after a shot from Rob Roy best player Joe Slattery caused mayhem in the Talbot box, William did well to force the ball home from close range.

This was a tremendous game of football. Both goalie’s brought off some stunning saves. Andrew Leishman made a stunning save from Kevin Watt when Rob Roy were on top.

Good crowd, super pitch, well handled by the officials.

MOM, can only be hat trick kid, Jamie Glasgow.

Rob Roy played well this afternoon, but they came up against The Eeka Peeka Blinders, at their most clinical.

Whitey and Lyle showing their mettle today by leading with example. A few younger in service players like McPherson and Harvey being guided on there instructions. This is what makes Talbot a force to be wary of.
Overall the Talbot played like a team with a mission

White was really good today

Talbot keeping the standards so high.Always tough to face and competitive .And great lads in Henry and Morton and Davie etc-very fond of the boys. Its a big ask to beat them to the honours and we are trying our best but Kilbirnie and Beith and others are making it some league!

Referee was superb today, flung tin tin and his gang a deefy when they were constantly yipping in his ear. Another cheat carded for diving was the icing on the cake by the referee but he should have showed Sawyers a card for the most embarrassing dive of the day. Boyle was a disgrace his only mission was to have a go at Ross Harvey who he must be blaming for slinking out of Beechwood. That three games in a row against us that the Rabs have been handed cards for simulation (cheating) which is a shame because they are a decent side. Tin Tin was Talbot's best player today, every pass went to one of our players and his defending was woeful.

amazing the goals the Talbot forwards are managing this season considering the impact losing Young and to an extent Milliken would have had. Scoring for fun most weeks now.

Young was poor last season by his standards and Milliken was never a goal scorer. Jamie Glasgow was one on one twice with the KRR goalie yesterday and scored both times. Milliken would have missed them both
