Kilsyth 2-2 Vale of Leven
Kilsyth through 7-6 on penalties.

We were fortunate to win today against a hard working vale side , not at our best and a few personnel changes but the vale battled hard and would consider themselves unlucky today , but we're in the hat as they say

Vics 0-1 Beith.

Beith started well, after 5mns Darren Christie produced some good skill on the right wing, he fired in an inviting cross which Richard Burke headed into the net from close range.
Blantyre nearly equalised when after a fine flowing move, one of their forwards had a fine effort, finger tipped over the bar by Stephen Grindlay.
Both teams had good chances in the 2nd half, Beith’s Thomas Collins brought out a good save from Scott Law.
Beith’s Paul Frize ended a promising Vics move with a challenge which did not please the home side, but the Ref had a good view & waved play on.
Both teams served up an entertaining game,in difficult conditions.
