Sherrif John Bunnell
Given how many North Caley players usually play Amateur League during the summer, it seems that quite a lot of players might be about to have a very long break in between matches.

The Inverness and District Football Association (IDFA) face cancelling this year’s competition after it was revealed it has failed to fill five key positions on its committee. A total of 29 teams from Inverness and Ross-shire, with a reported 900 registered players, had signed up to play in three divisions, with the season due to start on Monday, April 11. HibeeJibee
Hope so... simply depends whether they or SFA itself have submitted a rule amendment, to add their name to the relevant clause: the eligible competitions are explicitly named. Deadline usually late February (IIRC). Of course they never actually received a slot before (unlike the full-blown senior and indeed junior leagues), but obviously it looks more incongruous now, with them being part of northerly pyramid. Seemingly it never bothered them. Perhaps thought it'd just risk a long trip to get thumped - Golspie only tend to win a tie every 3 or 4 years. If so - again you'd hope more interest now. Incidentally has NCL started using GD and GF - or is it still a playoff for title should 2+ clubs finish on same points? Obviously that scenario looks quite conceivable. GNU_Linux
New team at the top. Loch Ness have St. Duthus (A) & Halkirk United (H) remaining while Invergordon have Halkirk United (H) & Orkney (A).
Ginaro
No licensed champion as Golspie can't win the league, but looks like a fascinating run in with Halkirk playing the top 3 and needing to basically win each game.

I think they were switching between the horrible pitch behind the school and Dingwall. Hopefully they can concentrate on rebuilding now and getting back to where they should be again at the top end of the league
