He's already fell on top of his left leg and fouled him before he reaches the ground, and then when he's on the ground the ball rolls and hits him on the back of his head. Looks clear to me. Bizarre and unorthodox yes but touching the ball then player is the same as a tackle with the foot surely. not that the rules matter to the Cowden hating roasters on here.
