Rangers media is a great laugh just now, to the point where they’re fighting amongst themselves. One guy has pm’d his phone number to another guy looking for a square go

Does the protagonist live in Ruel Street by any chance?

Just read the official statement from Rangers, they make the person responsible for Accies losing close to a million in the much reported scam look like Steven Hawkins ffs, to make an official approach to Aberdeen to speak to McInnes then in the statement profess that he wasn't of the standard they would hire resonates of sheer disbelief that he knocked them back.

Its incredulous that the clowns currently entrusted with the day to day running of sevco think they are overseeing a massive club, think they must have been in hibernation when Whyte took the old co into administration. They need to understand they are a run of the mill club within the Scottish football scene, irrespective of them having the second biggest budget in Scotland the events today only signify how much of a joke and shambolic organisation they have become.

Borrowed Traynor's thesaurus IMO

Peak Rangers* will be administration, ideally followed by liquidation. Like what happened to Rangers.

Anyway - any suggestions for a film name of the inevitable big screen version of the journey?
"Quantum of Concomitant"
"The Big House Must Stay Open"
"Glib and Shameless"
are my three suggestions.

The Concomitant - a reworking of the 1971Coppola movie, with Jim Traynor in the Gene Hackman role. He listens in to conversations on telephones, bugs apartments and focuses on dialogues in Union Street. As a result of his obsession, incompetence and preconceptions, he gets everything tragically wrong in the end with devastating consequences, leaving him a broken man.

In fairness, Kincardine and Bennett have been consistent on this throughout.  They do actually have the right to now say that this isn't the worst news.

The responses on RM however are magnificent.  I sure as Hell didn't see this coming, but it's a hilarious pointer as to Rangers' actual stature.

Are we back to the 80s, when the previous version couldn't tempt either McLean or Ferguson away?

tbf, McInnes isn't even close to either of those, this is a far far bigger boot in the stanes than both of those rejections.
