callum-ayr
Also Adams is already in the motion of making the beautiful tackle when the whistle blows. Unless he has Bernard's watch, he canny stop time can he? Also, a Stranraer fan complaining about another teams facilities when you have to stand on a grassy bank in their stadium

D'Jaffo
Neither Adams tackle nor Geggans tackle were red cards. Geggan did have a handball which could have been called but Hamill wrestled him to the ground at a corner which should also have been called. The tackle from Turner was a straight red. No doubt about it. Robertson could probably have got away with a yellow but Bell should have been sent off as he makes clear contact with his elbow. Stranraer came into the game trying to rough us up but it inevitably backfired once Adams was introduced. He knows how to deal with those type of players and tried to get a reaction from those two players. It just so happened both of them were stupid enough to react the way they did and force the ref to make a decision.
diegomarahenry
Just after Geggan was booked he was barged in the back by Hamill at a corner/free kick and the ball hit his hand, leading the Stranraer players to crowd the ref claiming he should walk for hand ball

If you think that geggan was hooked at half time for "tactical reasons" then that shows how much you know about football. We didn't go and rough up Ayr. That's how teams play at this level when balls are there to win. It's called fight. If Ayr don't like it then you boys are in for a long season. Not heard any other fans yap about it. Agree with you that Turner should be sent off. Robbo shouldn't have reacted the way he did. But a honestly don't know what you expect him to do when the whistle has went he jamie tackles him when he knows what's he's doing as they pair have previous. Hammil shouldn't be in a Stranraer strip as him falling over the ball yesterday summed up his season for us. Belly was unlucky as Jamie rolling about the floor made his mind up for me. Ref was poor yesterday as i have said in previous post. Look forward to our next battle in January as I have really enjoyed the two games this season as they have been more like "derbies" than previous seasons. The Ayr media thought the same why have they not put it in there highlights? Very very well played by them. I looked at McCall straight after geggans tackle. After he gave him a dressing down he looked over towards Farrell to say he should be off. But that's the way our afternoon went and Will maybe save some of our players embarrassment on how we played yesterday

I never even said anything about Geggan being subbed off in that post. There’s a difference between fighting to win and just stupid persistent fouling. Hamill dragging Adams to the ground wasn’t showing fight it was just stupidity. Bell should have been sent off regardless of how much Adams rolled about. If you hit someone in the face with an elbow then you get sent off.

A know that you didn't but you said he shouldn't be sent off. The other 10 players showed fight. As someone said earlier a have no idea how hammil is a footballer. So from a Stranraer fan I apologise for his stupidity for the 90mins yesterday. Was hoping he would get sent off yesterday so the next few games someone would come in and he would never play for the club again!
