The_Kincardine
Only listened to it on the wireless but Motherwell seemed to play well so it'll be a hard-fought tie. Mildly optimistic of a win for us, though.
MJC
Play like we did tonight and we're having this mob. All roads lead to Hampden, I genuinely cannot wait.
Pepper
The best draw we could have hoped for. Should be a good game.

SilverWolfe
Then maybe concentrate on your own game before worrying about this one. [emoji4] We're playing a Neil Lennon team in the semi of a cup at Hampden, not much to concentrate on [emoji23][emoji23]

Celtic obviously are a cut above anyone else and you wouldn't realistically give us a chance against them, Hibs would be one of those games that could have went either way and probably would have been played at Tynecastle, denying us a day out at Hampden. Rangers will be tough but they are beatable if we get in their faces like we did Aberdeen tonight. We should have had at least a draw off them last month and we just need to believe we can take them. What gives me more hope than normal is that Robinson will instill the attitude that we CAN beat them and we won't go into this game playing against the name 'Rangers' we will go up against them knowing they are nothing special and that we can exploit and beat them on the day. bairney
MJC knows his stuff. Tynecastle is being rebuilt at the moment. Sitting on the halfway at Hampden for this one MJ?

RandomGuy.
Isn't it due to reopen by October though? Scotland play Samoa at Murrayfield at the start of November, and they seem to be expecting no Hearts games there at least two weeks beforehand, so mid-October seems a vague time line for it opening. Not convinced they'd host a Cup Semi for the first game though. bennett
I reckon most bears would've wanted this tie, got a fair chance of making the final imo.
MikeyWellFan
Into this shower of filth Motherwell. Would rather have had Hibs than either this mob or sellick but we should be looking for a result here. Hopefully they keep that donkey Pedro long enough for him to still be in charge for this one. MJC
We laid some Cup demons to rest against Aberdeen last night after their three victories at Fir Park under McCall in 2012, 2013 and 2014, now it's time to do it again against this mob at Hampden and by God there are plenty. The 2003 & 2011 Semis, the 2005 LC Final, the Derek Johnstone dive game...we need to believe we can do it. I'd argue that Aberdeen are actually a better side man for man than Rangers are so we have absolutely nothing to fear here.

Richie
I'd argue that Aberdeen are actually a better side man for man than Rangers are so we have absolutely nothing to fear here. From that perspective you're right. Aberdeen a better team, so no reason why we can't beat Rangers. Its just how we handle 30,000+ Rangers fans at Hampden... And Bobby Madden [emoji32]Robinson was obviously involved in the play-off, so hopefully we go into the Semi with the same mentality. Certainly seem to be tougher mentally this season.
