Was expecting more from Hurlford if I'm being honest after all the clamour about the new signings and Mullens return but they huffed and puffed for long periods against a fit high tempo giffnock side who in my opinion should have won the game. I though Thistle looked good mate although I expected them to score more as Giffnock haven't had the best of pre seasons. Teams aren't judged on playing Hurlford each week thank god, it's what they do against all the rest that makes the difference for them then do ur best to compete 11v11 on the day.
