Some exciting groups and finishes this season and a interesting last 8 with a few new names which is good.

Pollok having to get to forth on a Wednesday night at half six, they wouldn't dare kill off the spirit of the cup and competition by trying to get it switched would they.

Why would they? Is Forth getting to Newlandsfield for half 6 any different?

Well depending on where the majority of fans and players live and work it could be.

Stand firm now that's all I'm saying just incase a request is made like has happened in the past [emoji4]

What's the best way to Forth on public transport for next weeks game?

Bus then train then a bit of canoeing then a bit of hiking then jump on a plane and parachuting into the ground. Leave now for half six Wednesday kick off [emoji4]

Train to Lanark and local bus from Lanark station to Forth. Bus station in Lanark's right next to the train station, but check the timetable online - they're not that regular.

Not aware of any such similar request having been made so please elucidate.

I think we did ask Cumbernauld about switching a Central League Cup tie to Newlandsfield last season so it could be played on a blank Saturday, and because their ground was being shared with some homeless itinerants ....

Looking forward to traveling to Renfrew on Wednesday although not sure if they lads have flood lights and could make it a 7pm kick off.
First time we have qualified from our group in our 3 attempts so delighted to get through.
good luck to all remaining teams

The use of the devils lanterns are prohibited for said competition [emoji23]

It's also right next to a pretty decent chip shop in case Jack is going straight from work to the game. :)
