archieb
According to Kelty twitter, the draw for the preliminary rounds of the SFA Cup takes place Monday 10th at 11.30 at Hampden. Glenafton, Kelty, Colville Park and Lothian Thistle HV will definitely be in the Q1 draw. Girvan, Linlithgow and Banks O'Dee are among the 12 licensed clubs that could either be drawn in Q1 or get one of the 8 byes into Q2.

Shanner
Hopefully Kelty can acquit themselves well as the main standard bearers for the East region Juniors.
Shanner
Genuinely expecting big things from Glenafton in this.
ex-german exile
Reminder. Kelty are no longer a junior football club. Neither are Colville Park, but the OPs original post is still useful info that he decided to share.

What, like taking two to three thousand supporters to tynecastle and being denied a replay from a dodgy linesman,is that what your expecting? Glenconner
Good luck to the Junior teams, hopefully get an extended run and make a few quid out of it.
Duraglit shareholder
Its a shame this year, rangers and celtic fans wont be gathered round their tv's and radios to hear if they've drawn against the famous Auchinleck Talbot.

GLENAFTON93
Bit disrespectfull to Newton Stewart and Golspie, have Newton not just acquired their SFA entry Club License award and recently added some new faces to their squad. Glenafton will have them watched and will not treat the Creesiders as a free pass .

A by numbers respectful response, but it would be a shock and something of an embarrassment if Glenafton don't see them off with plenty to spare. HibeeJibee
Shocks can happen but short of getting Glasgow Uni there could've been no easier draw than home ties to Newton Stewart + Golspie (I suppose a possible exception of Burntisland). Maybe "the easiest path" would be more politic. In all of history NS have only won 1 Scottish Cup tie and Golspie 3 - and with the exception of Golspie beating Preston they were all v Fort William and Hawick in the days they used to get trounced most weeks. Glenafton and Threave will be very happy with their draws, but of course they still have to prepare properly etc.
Wile E Coyote
A bye for Glenafton. Complete waste of time these ties although it will mean they will fall behind in league games. Girvan to comfortably win. May have been close if Girvan were still a district league side but now they are a top division side they should have far too much for St Cuthberts.
